Because we own every freezer van we run and service them in our own workshop, the operation is built around control rather than availability. With frozen cargo, the single biggest risk is a warm start — so every van is pre-chilled to its target sub-zero range at our depot before it leaves for pickup. Your load never enters a warm compartment, which is where frozen deliveries are most often compromised.
On multi-drop urban routes, doors open repeatedly, and each opening lets warm air in. Our vans are fitted with heavy-duty thermal insulation and high-capacity refrigeration calibrated for rapid pull-down between stops, so temperature recovers fast rather than drifting up across a ten-drop run — critical when ambient heat passes 45°C in summer.
Across every route, both location and internal temperature are GPS-tracked and automatically logged, giving a continuous record rather than a reading only at dispatch. And because frozen demand spikes without warning, we keep dedicated standby freezer vans at our Dubai operations for rapid replacement or emergency peak-demand dispatch — so an urgent frozen run isn’t left waiting.
